Shipping Policy
We ship all of our orders through trusted third party logistics partners to give you the best possible delivery experience, wherever you are in the world.
Order Processing
We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday. All orders placed before 5:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time, GMT + 5:30 Hrs) are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will ship the next working day.
Please note that shipping may be delayed during:
Local, national, and international festivals and holidays
Natural calamities, weather events, or other unavoidable situations
Courier service disruptions outside our control
Please choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Once an order is placed, the shipping method cannot be changed.
Shipping times vary based on your location, timezone, and chosen shipping method.
Information Required to Ship
To complete an order, we require:
A complete physical shipping address (we do not ship to PO Boxes for international orders)
The full name of the recipient
A working contact phone number
A valid email address for tracking updates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Shipping Within India
We ship domestic orders via EMS Speed Post, Delhivery, FedEx, and Xpressbees. We deliver to almost every pincode in India.
Free Shipping is available on orders over Rs. 2,000, fulfilled primarily via EMS Speed Post. Free Flat Pack Shipping is offered on select items regardless of order value, also fulfilled via EMS Speed Post.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all domestic orders. Additional COD charges apply on orders up to Rs. 2,500.
International Shipping
We fulfill all international orders via FedEx or DHL, both of which provide full end-to-end tracking and signature on delivery.
Free Shipping is no longer offered on international orders as of January 1, 2026. This change was made to ensure every international package is fully tracked and insured, which protects both you and us in case of loss or delay.
For bulk or wholesale international orders, custom shipping arrangements can be made. Please contact us at support@shopmagicsupplies.com before placing your order so we can prepare a quote.
International shipping timelines provided by the courier are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, local courier handling in your country, and other factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, GST, VAT, and any other fees levied by their country of import. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by us.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office about applicable duties and import rules before placing your order, especially for high-value items.
All international packages are declared accurately at their actual order value, in line with Indian export regulations and the customs laws of the destination country. Customers are legally responsible for paying any duties assessed at the time of delivery.
If a package is refused at customs or abandoned due to unpaid duties, it will be treated as a refused delivery (see “Lost, Refused, or Returned Packages” below).
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shopmagicsupplies.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
For tracked and insured shipments (FedEx, DHL, Delhivery), we will file a claim with the courier and issue you store credit for the full order value plus an additional $50 (or equivalent in INR) as our apology, once the courier confirms the loss.
For free EMS Speed Post shipments (domestic only as of January 1, 2026), tracking is limited and insurance is not included. We will still investigate any loss and issue partial store credit at our discretion, but please understand that uninsured shipments carry inherent risk. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping option for orders over Rs. 5,000.
Lost, Refused, or Returned Packages
If a package is:
Refused at delivery by the recipient
Returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Abandoned at customs due to unpaid duties
Returned because the recipient could not be contacted
A restocking fee of 20% of the order value plus the actual return shipping cost will be deducted before store credit is issued. We do not offer cash refunds in these cases.
Free Shipping Disclaimer
Please note that orders shipped via the Free Shipping option (EMS Speed Post, domestic only) have limited tracking and no insurance. There is also a higher risk of damage in transit compared to courier services.
For high value purchases, fragile items, or any order you cannot afford to lose, we strongly recommend choosing a paid tracked shipping option at checkout. This small additional cost protects your order end to end.
Cash on Delivery
The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available only for orders shipped within India. It is not available for international orders.
